Original vintage setting stamped 18k with a center old european cut that measures 5.4mm x 3.2mm for an estimated 0.60CT of H-J color and SI2 clarity, eye clean. 

The beautiful diamond is accented by french cut sapphires, the sapphires do show wear on the surface, proof that this ring was loved and worn, and it should have. Othewise the mounting is in good condition and the pierced filigree details exquisite with the gallery heart and foliate motifs nearly intact. 

The ring is a size 4.75 and the head of the ring measures 7.9mm .
