An extremely beautiful vintage Massoni Rome marquise diamond bombe ring set in 18k yellow Gold. Hand made in Rome, Italy 1970'

The ring is centrally bezel set with a single Large and sparkling marquise diamond stone, weighing 1.92 carat graded J color Vvs1 clarity. On the shoulders and around the marquise are colorless round brilliant cut diamonds with are pave set securely. There is a grand total of 32 round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing 1.50 carats all together graded H vvs Clarity, within the piece which perfectly accentuate the beautiful central marquise stone.

Has a total weight of 11,41 grams. The ring is currently a USA finger size 6 but this can be resized for a perfect fit.
