Dainty but sturdy rose cut solitaire, setting is unmarked but tests around 14k  gold with a rose-y quality to it, I believe the top of the ring was coated with some sort of darkening agent, or maybe it is silver but I am unable to test it. This ring is  in very good to excellent condition, and despite the diamond being in a closed back setting with foil it appears very bright and white, the nicest I have seen for a closed back rose cut due to the foil being very clean and it even makes it appear whiter than it is.

Upon close inspection the diamond has a slight warmth approx. K-L  color and VS2-SI1 the rose cut faces 5.2mm in diameter ( visible part over the bezel), with no chips, feathers or damage of any kind, ring size is 6 and it weights 2.90 grams of gold and it is size-able. The widest part of the ring at the base measures 7.8mm
